  • Best Agents On The Planet!
    I live in Australia, so I had quite the long-distance relationship with Charlie and Sean. My Mum passed away in the middle of Covid and I couldn't return to the UK to take care of her estate. From the very beginning Charlie and Sean were fantastic, Mum's house sold within a matter of days. There were a few issues along the way (not with Castles) and the chain even fell over at one point. However the guys took it all in their stride, always remaining calm and professional. Charlie especially kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and I can't thank him enough. He even kept on top of things and in touch while on holiday in America! If you're looking for the best real estate agent on the planet, it must be Castles. Thanks guys and G'day.

    After having our property on the market with another local agent for more than 4 months (and only having 3 viewings) we decided to try Castles. In the space of less than 2 weeks our property was sold. Sean, Charlie and Gary were helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Sean and Charlie were amazing throughout. We initially spoke to Sean who arranged our viewing and even answered our calls at 9pm! Gary showed us around the house and from then, Charlie was helping us with all of our queries. He was great at chasing the solicitors for us, at calming our nerves and at communicating everything between us and the vendors. The whole process took under 2 months. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them to sell and buy again!

    Charlie and Sean are very good at what they do. Their experience and knowledge helped take the stress away from the whole process. Really impressed with the photos and information available on our listing. They really took the time to discuss it with us and ensure we were happy. Couldn't fault them on their communication. We were given plenty of notice for viewings and we were always given the feedback that they had received. They always talked it through with us and offered suggestions when necessary. We received a couple of offers on the same day and they dealt with the communication and negotiations very professionally and honestly. After we had accepted our offer and began the purchase of another home we had 100% confidence that they had everything under control. We received regular email or telephone updates and didn't need to chase them once. If you want a stress free experience and friendly faces then definitely worth contacting them.   • I Am Truly Thankful...
    Selling and buying a house is stressful enough at anytime of the year, however being pregnant and then having my other half deployed in the Royal Navy and then going into lockdown has got to be the worst timing ever. By the time completion and exchange took place my little girl was 16 days old and to say it was tough is an understatement. Charlie was an absolute god send throughout this whole time. He was understanding, professional, friendly and a listening ear when times got tough. He worked above and beyond and even on days off would reply to emails just to reassure me during worrying times. Charlie’s best quality has to be his down to earth nature. He didnt sugarcoat situations and would say exactly how it was. Personally I like that style and really appreciated his honest approach. He did exactly what he said he would do and sold my flat enabling me to buy a family home. I am truly thankful.
