Charles Tuson Managing Director

I have worked in this industry for 16 years, starting out as the trainee on the front desk and rising up to managing an agency for a few years where I achieved multiple awards. In 2020 I felt the time was right to open my own agency and couldn't think of anywhere more promising than to base our office in my hometown of Portchester. I have always been very customer focused and know that the important factors of being an estate agent mainly are consistent communication and quite simply, delivering on what you say you are going to do. Here at Castles I believe we are the best in our field at what we do. We offer a premium service from start to finish, honest advice, and every day we will strive to be best in class.

Gary Agar Director

I have been working within the property development and refurbishment industry for 15 years and the Agency side for 6 years. During that 21 year time frame I have learnt many different aspects of the property buying and selling process and this has given me a solid foundation to work from in the housing sector. Having spent a large section of my career commuting to London and Surrey carrying out refurbishments, when the opportunity arose to help set up Castles Estate Agents I jumped at it and it was a great feeling to be opening the business within the local area I grew up in.

However, with 8 years of experience in estate agency working for a large Portsmouth Agent I can call on a vast amount of knowledge to help our clients achieve their dream move. I have worked across the areas of Portsmouth, Southsea, Gunwharf Quays and now Portchester and Fareham. When the opportunity arose to work with the Castles team I couldn't refuse.
